Footage captured by a nearby security camera showed 18 people walking, cycling or driving past the toddler as she lay in a pool of blood in a busy market in Foshan, Guangdong. The girl was eventually rescued by a 58-year-old garbage collector, who pulled her aside and alerted authorities.
