European journey with Swiss chef
    2012-04-20  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

FROM April 23 to May 6, discover an authentically European experience with a sumptuous buffet prepared by experienced Swiss executive sous chef Severin Huerlimann, who is an expert in French, southern European, and Western cuisines.

Savor the best cuisines of vibrant countries and prepare for a superlative dining experience at Taste Signature Restaurant on Level 3 at Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen.

Chef Huerlimann started his culinary apprenticeship at age 17 and graduated in 2001. In 2005, he started at his first Starwood property at Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas Resort as chef de partie, when he moved to Australia to pursue a career outside of Europe.

Prior to joining Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen, he was the executive sous chef for The Westin Langkawi, where he oversaw kitchen operations. He was also a food safety and hygiene expert. During his first year at the resort, his leadership skills were instantly evident when his team scored 94 points in the annual food safety and hygiene audit.
