Chef Huerlimann started his culinary apprenticeship at age 17 and graduated in 2001. Prior to joining Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen, he was the executive sous chef for The Westin Langkawi, where he oversaw kitchen operations. He was also a food safety and hygiene expert. During his first year at the resort, his leadership skills were instantly evident when his team scored 94 points in the annual food safety and hygiene audit.
