The city that never sleeps
    2013-08-01  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

IT’S never too early or too late in the day for those who live in Shenzhen.

As a city that’s awake for all hours, many of its citizens find time to relax only when night falls.

Strolling across the city, it is possible to find foodies eating while chatting at tables lining the side street, shoppers filing into various shopping malls, bar-goers grabbing taxis — heading to another bar, and hikers walking through parks or woods, flashlight in hand.

But it’s also common to meet those who work overtime, dragging their tired body to catch the last Metro train or staying at the workplace fighting against drowsiness. (Tan Yifan)
