RENAISSANCE Hotels will open a new facility on the historic Wangfujing Street in downtown Beijing this September.

    The hotel is a double-wing-type building that looks like an unfolded book with one side facing the ancient and mysterious Forbidden City and the other side facing the busy Wangfujing Street. The hotel has 329 rooms and suites equipped with high-tech facilities and modern decorations.

    It offers a variety of foods in its four cafeterias, including Wanli (a Chinese food dinning hall), Food Studio (a 24-hour cafeteria that offers international foods), and R Bar and Hutong Place for private parties.

    The hotel has the largest banquet hall in the Wangfujing area and five meeting rooms with advanced equipment. It has an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a spa center where guests can get relaxed.

    The hotel also offers 24-hour travel consultation services. Trained Renaissance Ambassadors will help guests experience the essences of local culture and customs in meaningful ways.
