Salt water fish with steamed, marbled meat is a dish that preserves the natural taste of seafood since it is prepared with air dried fish from the ocean. The price is 98 yuan. Green crab with braised bean vermicelli is a dish that goes down well in the autumn since fat crabs from Humen are freshest then. The dish costs 228 yuan. Chaozhou-style fried meat balls are prepared with marbled meat and Chinese water chestnuts wrapped in dried beancurd sticks. They cost 108 yuan.
