    The Maroon 5 frontman plays a talented singer/songwriter in the romcom film “Begin Again” and also contributes a track called “Lost Stars” to the soundtrack. The sparse, acoustic sound suits Levine’s voice surprisingly well — there’s an awesome falsetto run towards the end — and more than enough hooks keep radio happy.
