FOUR Seasons Hotel Shenzhen’s Chinese restaurant Zhuo Yue Xuan is now offering a hairy crab feast to diners through Nov. 23 for an indulgent seasonal delicacy. The crabs are freshly delivered from well-known Yangcheng Lake. The restaurant is featuring more creative cooking methods other than the original steamed hairy crab such as the chef’s recommended scrambled egg white with black truffle paste and crab cream. The braised crabmeat soup with shredded fish maw maintains the soft texture of maw. The steamed crab cream dumpling has abalone in superior broth. During this promotion period, guests can sink their teeth into these crabs in a high-end dining environment for just 580 yuan (US$94.8) per person for a set menu with six signature crab dishes.
