BEGINNING early each morning, the city sees millions of workers take to the roads, rushing to their working places. Those hard-working residents have made the city famous for its high level of efficiency and fast pace.

    According to a recent statement released by the municipal government, about 10 million passengers take buses each day and 2.5 million people use the Metro.

    On Sept. 16, the government announced that the city had more than 3 million automobiles on its streets, a huge number for the city’s already congested roads to handle.
