FROM Nov. 12 to 15, The St. Regis Shenzhen will bring a whirlwind of culinary pleasures to guests from celebrated chef and Michelin-star restaurant owner Alfredo Russo and the hotel’s executive Western chef D’ Alessandro Giovanni to create an exceptional epicurean feast.

    The formal dinner, composed of the most refined Italian cuisines, will be crafted for an indelible evening.

    Russo has left his footprints in three Michelin-star restaurants. He was awarded a Michelin star three years ago. He has won numerous acknowledgements at both the national and international levels and was invited to cook at important soirees for the international Olympic Committee, UNESCO, and the like. In 2007, he was also at the U.N. Glass Palace to introduce Piedmontese cooking and high cuisine.
