Enjoy Indonesian feast at The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan

    FROM Nov. 7 to 30, The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan is offering Indonesian cuisine for guests.

    Indonesian guest chef Surytomo, who currently serves at the Consulate General of Indonesia, Guangzhou, will make authentic gourmet dishes in Seasonal Tastes Restaurant for lunch and dinner.

    During the Indonesian Food Festival, diners at Seasonal Tastes will be entered for a chance to win fantastic prizes — a round trip ticket to Jakarta and Bali from Guangzhou, as well as a complimentary room voucher at Keraton at the Plaza, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jakarta and The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.

    Surytomo designed the menu and will cook dishes for each guest personally. The menu includes curry crab, soup ralemon and nasi kuning (yellow rice), including the most famous 3 Indonesian dishes nasi goreng (fried rice), satay and rending, made from high-quality and seasonal ingredients.

    Surytomo has over 20 years of experience within the culinary field, serving in many international hotels and at the Consulate General of Indonesia, Boston, as a resident chef.

    The Indonesian Food Festival launch event will be held Nov. 7.

    The lunch buffet from Monday to Friday is priced at 208 yuan (US$34) per person, 238 yuan per person Saturday and 378 yuan for brunch Sunday.

    The dinner buffet is priced at 318 yuan per person from Sunday to Thursday and at 348 yuan per person from Friday to Saturday.

    All prices are subject to a 15-percent service charge.
