FOO at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is presenting a sumptuous dining experience with New Zealand butcher selections.

    The meats are specially hand-graded for marbling, ossification, rib-fat thickness, meat color and weight to ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety.

    Some of the meats available include beef strip loin, beef rib eye, Silere Marino lamb saddle steak, Silere Marino slow roasted lamb shoulder, mountain river venison saddle and mountain river slow roasted venison leg. All the meats are available as a la carte selections on the daily dinner buffet, and wine pairings with Villa Maria Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc or Merlot from New Zealand are available for 88 yuan (US$14.3) per glass.

    The buffet dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is 488 yuan plus a 15-percent service charge per person and includes free flowing juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

    The buffet dinner from Monday to Thursday is 388 yuan plus a 15-percent service charge per person and includes free flowing juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
