AN April feast featuring fine lobsters from Canada is being held until May 31 at The Pavilion.

    Sponsored by Canadian seafood company Clearwater, the feast was unveiled Thursday at The Pavilion with lobster dishes and a charity auction.

    Lobsters delivered from the east coast of Canada will be cooked in 12 different ways, combining both Chinese and Western tastes.

    The Western-style lobster dishes will highlight its fresh, original taste and guests are encouraged to enjoy them with a sip of Riesling wine. The Chinese-style lobsters will be Cantonese flavored, featuring garlic and other seasonings.

    Living in a clean environment and produced under strict guidelines, the lobsters are sure to satisfy local diners.

    The buffet is priced at 588 yuan (US$94) per adult and 388 yuan per child, or at 3,888 yuan or 5,888 yuan per table. All prices are subject to a 15-percent service charge.
