Grand Hyatt Shenzhen restaurants win awards
    2015-08-14  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

GRAND Hyatt Shenzhen is proud to announce that China Lodge was named Best Chinese Restaurant and Belle-Vue was named Best Western Restaurant (the only Shenzhen restaurant nominated for the award) at the recent 2015 China Restaurant Awards.

China Lodge, located on floors 35 and 36, is comprised of 14 premium private dining suites. Menu items are customized using the freshest seasonal ingredients, prepared in traditional Cantonese style, and complemented by an extensive wine and tea selection.

Belle-Vue is a European restaurant where classic Western cuisine is prepared à la minute at 10 tableside cooking stations. Guests can opt to dine in the Library, the Oval Room or one of two private rooms.

Organized by Travel+Leisure Magazine and Restaurant Review Magazine, the China Restaurant Awards recognize restaurants that offer the most exquisite dishes. It takes a whole year to select the most unique restaurants with stellar reputations that are appreciated by well-known gourmets such as Yingji Ou’yang, Hao Cai and Ai’qun Dai, making the awards the Chinese version of the Michelin Guide.
