    THE Show Kitchen at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen is celebrating the last days of summer with a classic American Grill promotion. Throughout September, guests can enjoy premium cuts of meat, seafood and seasonal produce along with a free flow of American beer — a perfect way to celebrate the end of summer.

    All-American delicacies featured in the promotion include steak and lamb chops seared over an open flame lamb chops. Guests can also look forward to finger-licking good glazed barbecue pork ribs, a must-have at any American-style barbecue.

    The promotion also features seafood delicacies such as grilled oysters and herring served with hollandaise sauce.

    As an added treat on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, dinner guests can enjoy Boston-style lobster grilled with garlic butter and a slow-roasted 80-pound Mayura Station Wagyu beef leg. It’s a labor of love for the chefs at The Show Kitchen, taking over 72 hours to marinate and smoke before a 24-hour slow roast.

    The culinary tribute to the red, white and blue continues with smooth and rich New York cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries, home-style pies, cookies and soft-serve ice cream.

    To complete the American barbecue experience, the promotion includes free-flow draft beer. For beer enthusiasts, three craft beers at 38 yuan per bottle are available.

    The promotion will last for both lunch and dinner until the end of September. The weekday lunch buffet is priced at 258 yuan per person from Monday to Friday, and 338 yuan per person Saturdays and Sundays. The dinner buffet is priced at 378 yuan per person from Monday to Thursday and 428 yuan per person from Friday to Sunday. All prices are subject to a 15-percent service charge.

    Children aged 6 to 12 enjoy a 50-percent discount and children under 6 are free. (SD News)
