FROM Oct. 22 to 24, 2015, Marco Polo Shenzhen will feature an Italian gourmet buffet at Café Marco prepared by guest chef Cristiano Marcelli from Toscana, Italy. Even better, all guests during the event can enjoy a buy-two-get-one-free deal on all lunch and dinner buffets.

    During the three days, Marcelli will demonstrate how to make pasta and pizza. A range of artful Italian cuisine from hot dishes to desserts will be served, including penne pasta with octopus ragout, black ink risotto with marinated calamari, pumpkin gnocchi, Treviso tiramisu, Italian cream cheese and ricotta cheesecake and much more.
