CELEBRATED Italian chef Giancarlo Perbellini from two-Michelin-star Casa Perbellini restaurant in Italy will make a guest appearance at Calypso Restaurant & Lounge at Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai from Oct. 27 to Nov. 3 as part of the Shangri-La International Festival of Gastronomy 2015.

    Gourmands with an appreciation of fine cuisine will appreciate chef Perbellini’s sense of aesthetics and gift for refined combinations that have characterized him as a maestro of Italian haute cuisine. During his five days at Calypso Restaurant & Lounge, chef Perbellini will present Shanghai diners with a selection of his signature dishes during lunch and dinner. Diners can choose from a three-course lunch menu from 228 yuan, a three-course dinner menu from 388 yuan or four-course dinner menu from 458 yuan. Pair your dishes with fine wines from 200 yuan per package. A la carte options are available from 140 yuan per dish.(SD News)
