    To meet the fast-growing art market needs in Shenzhen and reverse the outflow of art talents, Shenzhen Arts School is now making preparations to build the first art institution of higher learning in the city in cooperation with the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague.

    The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen has established a cooperative relationship with the University of Exeter. The two universities will start a student exchange program. Janice Kay, the managing vice president of Exeter, was invited to give a speech on March 11 to talk about global views and citizenship.

    On March 13, the Bao’an District Government and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine inked a strategic cooperation framework agreement to work on educational and medical programs.

    The agreement includes building a medical institution that offers both undergraduate and graduate courses and will set up a postdoctorate mobile unit. (Tan Yifan)
