Songs of Carly Rae Jepsen impressed me

If you hear the name Carly Rae Jepsen, you probably think of the song “Call Me Maybe.” That song came out in 2012 and was a superb tune. Soon, the song became popular all around the world.

At that time, almost everyone could sing some parts of the song. English songs were not so popular in China at the time, but this song changed Chinese people’s views about English songs.

Her voice was so sweet that everyone started singing her songs, especially “Call Me Maybe.”

Jepsen is a singer who has great passion for singing. She does her utmost to express her feelings in her songs. She is sweet and natural without any affectation. She matches the arrangement of a catchy melody so she can sing freely. Her mellifluous voice is like golden leaves that fall in autumn and a sweet dessert in the afternoon.

They can easily arouse you from the softest place — the bottom of your heart — and remind you of the good times. Her voice is always impressive and gives us many surprises. Jepsen has her own unique style and her own flavor of music. Her songs are very smooth. They are all sung with a girl’s world view of romantic relationships, which really show a delicate Jepsen.

Her old albums like “Tug of War” and “Kisses Are Pleasant to Enjoy” and her new album “E-Mo-Tion” sound quite good. Her new songs are kind of retro, and you can see her process of growing up. If you ask me which song is the best on the album, I would say all the songs are brilliant. However, I strongly recommend listening to “Run Away With Me” and “Boy Problems.”

Now, if you talk about Jepsen to your friends, why not tell them about her “E-Mo-Tion” album?
