David Beckham celebrates 41st birthday
    2016-05-04  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

    大卫·贝克汉姆庆祝41岁生日

The retired soccer star celebrated his birthday yesterday with a fun cake in the shape of a caterpillar and some quality time with his impossibly attractive family.

Wife Victoria Beckham posted a loving message to her husband, alongside a photo of him with a stack of gifts.

“Happy Birthday to the most amazing husband and wonderful daddy. We all love you so much!!” she captioned the snapshot.

The Beckhams and their four children — Brooklyn, 17; Romeo, 13; Cruz, 11; and 4-year-old Harper — spent the weekend ahead of David’s birthday in the English countryside, as Brooklyn documented on Instagram.

On Monday, he posted a photo of the remarkably close father and son lounging on a wooden fence.

The Beckhams spent the weekend doing normal things. For instance, both David and Victoria shared picture proof that they’d helped their eldest son practice driving. No one was injured, which appeared to be somewhat of a surprise.

Last year, Beckham’s 40th birthday garnered much more fanfare, as he was repeatedly asked how he felt about aging.

“I’m excited about it. I’m not one of those people who is not looking forward to getting old,” he told Britain’s The Telegraph in September 2014. “I’m happy with my life.”

    And why wouldn’t he be?

“I have four amazing children and an amazing wife,” Beckham said. “I started riding motorbikes about eight years ago, so my mid-life crisis must have started early.”(SD-Agencies)
