Sheraton hotel wins Travel Weekly award
    2016-06-03  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

FOR the second consecutive year, the Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central received the Best Leisure Hotel of the Year in Hong Kong and Macao award at the 2016 China Travel and Meetings Industry Awards event hosted by Travel Weekly China.

“We would like to thank Travel Weekly China for the incredible honor of having Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel named as ‘Best Leisure Hotel of The Year for Hong Kong and Macao’ for a second consecutive year,” said Janet McNab, managing director of Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central and The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Central. “We are deeply privileged and humbled, knowing that there are so many deserving hotels in the same category within the region.”

“China has always been one of our most important markets and definitely our biggest for leisure travel,” McNab said. “The strength of the Sheraton brand in China, coupled with our vast and varied service and product offerings makes us a popular choice for family travel. We will continue to develop this market in 2016 through the introduction of new experiences for children and families.”

The Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel recently unveiled 80 new luxuriously oversized, Executive Deluxe Suites on the uppermost levels of the hotel, adding to its already vast selection of guest suite categories. There are now more than 350 suites at Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, creating a “hotel within a hotel” in the 4,001-room property.

Located at the center of the Cotai Strip, Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel enjoys an enviable position, with instant access to all of Cotai’s exciting attractions. Leisure travelers have access to more than 600 world-class retail stores, over 100 restaurants and exciting entertainment.

Held annually since 2002, the Travel Weekly China Awards invites travel industry professionals and Travel Weekly China readers to cast their votes based on a number of stringent criteria, including product innovation, competitive development strategies and business execution.(SD News)
