    2016-06-03  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

FOR seafood aficionados, the best place to savor delicacies from the sea has to be at a lively seafood market.

The Social restaurant on the 95th floor of the St. Regis Shenzhen now presents the weekend seafood bazaar for dinner on Fridays, and both lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays.

The sumptuous bazaar features a wide range of seafood from all around the world, cooked in various styles, such as Western, Japanese, Southeast Asian, Cantonese, and Sichuanese. They are cooked by talented chefs at Social to bring the guest an enjoyable and authentic seafood feast.

Diners will find the freshest Boston lobsters, Alaska king crabs and Australian oysters at the ice seafood counter.

Fans of Japanese cuisine can enjoy different kinds of sashimi and sushi with shrimp, ark clams, and fish.

The salt roasted whole Norwegian salmon is a delight to both the tastebuds and eyes. Plus, there will be a wide selection of hot dishes with flavors from Southeast Asia.

Oriental-style seafood is another highlight of the weekend seafood bazaar. Luxury seafood ingredients such as abalone and grouper will be cooked to mix and match with local Cantonese soup, Japanese hotpot and miso soup.(SD News)
