THE 16th Shenzhen Fashion Show & Expo was unveiled at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center on Thursday. The three-day event attracted about 1,000 domestic fashion brands and fashion designers to present their latest designs at the show. The garment business is one of the pillar industries in Shenzhen. The city is home to a number of fashion brands that are well known in China, including Masfer.SU, Yiner and INSUN. The expo also attracted more than 40 South Korean fashion brands at the overseas brands hall, including rising South Korean designers Hong Eun-joo and Chung Chuang Lee. The expo organizer will also hold a series of seminars to serve as a platform to connect designers and buyers. The Shenzhen Fashion Show & Expo has also been a platform to introduce up-and-coming designers to the fashion business.(SD News)
