Choosing the perfect emoji from a list of more than 1,800 can be time-consuming* but SwiftKey has new technology that does the grunt work for you. The firm teased users earlier this year with a predictive* emoji keyboard and has announced the official launch in both Google Play and the Apple Store. Called Swiftmoji, this keyboard uses the firm’s predictive artificial intelligence (AI)* technology to automatically suggest the right emoji based on what you’ve typed in the text box. Swiftmoji was first spotted back in May, but was only available to the elite group of beta* testers in Google Play. “The beta was launched as a private beta and not originally meant for public consumption — it’s one of many private betas we’re currently running,” a SwiftKey spokesperson said. The new emoji predictive keyboard combs through the long list of tiny pictographs* and suggests certain ones based on what users typed in the text box. For example, if you type “Italian” the AI will suggest using the pizza emoji and Italian flag and what is deemed as the “face savoring delicious food.” Swiftmoji removes the frustration of playing hunt-the-emoji and helps you discover new emoji you may have never even seen before with its spot-on predictions.(SD-Agencies) |
