一支笔,绘出自然界所有色彩 The Cronzy is the world’s most diverse pen, giving users the option of writing with a staggering* 16 million different colors. The Cronzy pen, which is the brainchild of 26-year-old Alex Leonets, allows people to switch between any color through an app. The device, which will retail at US$300 when it goes on sale next year, also has a scanner at the opposite end to the tip so it can scan colors from everyday objects and then replicate them in the tip. It means the pen could accurately replicate the shade of a green leaf or a red apple. Leonets has spent almost a year developing the pen and now has a working prototype*. The pen uses a complex algorithm* to enable the user to mix between colors. Much like office printers, the pen contains small electromechanical* solenoids* to eject ink in the right quantities. It has a battery and five interchangeable* tips, depending on the thickness people want to write or color with. While Cronzy can be used by anyone from children to adults, Leonets hopes creative individuals will begin using them. He said: “Our smart pen aims to help artists and other creative people draw inspiration from the colors that surround them.” The app, which will work on iOS, Android and Windows, will also save people’s favorite colors for use in the future. Leonets said: “Cartridges will be available for sale when we start the manufacturing stage. Each individual cartridge will cost around US$2 and provide enough ink for around 500 meters of writing depending on the size of the tip of the pen. When it comes to charging the pen, Cronzy will come with a charging home station, which allows you to charge it during storage. Moreover, the charging home station has a micro USB port for convenient charging.” (SD-Agencies) |
