    My name is Lily. I’m 11 years old. I love to watch movies in my free time because it brings me so much joy. If you ask me what my favorite movie is, my answer would be the Disney film “Moana.”

    The main character is a girl and her name is Moana. Her grandmother tells her a story about Maui. Maui has a magic cane, but he is a bad man, so Moana wants to find Maui to get the magic cane and give it back to its owner who is a goddess.

    One day, Moana goes to the beach and her dad sees her and yells: “Moana, come here. Don’t go into the sea. It is too dangerous!” Moana then feels sad. Her grandma comes and comforts her and says: “Don’t feel sad, Moana. The sea chose you.” “But dad told me not to go into the sea.” Moana replied. To better explain herself, Moana’s grandma takes her into a cave and shows Moana that she is the chosen one with a special destiny.

    Afterwards Moana rows a boat to an island to go find Maui. Moana travels in her boat with Maui and his magic cane. And they then save the world together and create a beautiful island.

    “Moana” teaches its audience to be brave and kind to others and to not be afraid of defeat because in the end good will always win!
