THE St. Regis Zhuhai, the 10th hotel of the world-renown brand to open in China, recently announced the initiation of extensive recruitment efforts in Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Xi’an and Shenzhen for four consecutive weekends starting from Nov. 12, as a part of their search for exemplary hospitality talent. The purpose of the in-depth recruitment efforts is to eventually execute a successful opening of the hotel, which is anticipated to debut in early 2018. Nearly 260 vacancies are to be filled in various departments including rooms, food and beverage, sales and marketing, finance, human resources, engineering and the St. Regis butler team. The candidates will be screened and interviewed by relevant members of management, and those selected will receive offer confirmations immediately. A noteworthy highlight about the audacious recruitment process is that St. Regis signature service elements will be imported from the hotel’s home city of Zhuhai, affording candidates the chance to experience for themselves St. Regis’ discreet and esteemed brand culture. “We are expecting talent who demonstrate a high degree of hospitality know-how and sophistication to implement our commitment to the high service standards that a St. Regis hotel should deliver.
