Passengers are diverted to take free shuttle buses outside a Metro station in Hong Kong on Thursday after MTR services on the East Rail were disrupted as a result of a signaling system fault from about 9:20 a.m. onwards. Thousands of morning commuters faced chaos as a large number of border-crossers were stranded at Luohu and Futian checkpoints in Shenzhen when the services were suspended.
