BAO’AN District is planning to set up a credit system to blacklist dishonest companies and honor creditable ones, the Southern Metropolis Daily reported Saturday. “Credibility should be prioritized by all companies. In Bao’an District, companies with good credibility will enjoy privileges in the future,” said Zhou Xueliang, deputy head of the district government. According to him, the district will set up a credit system, which will work as a fully covered credit network, while the credit information of 904,000 corporations and 5.34 million people in the district will be updated in the system monthly. The public can look up a company’s basic information, business license, penalty records and other credit information on the government website, credit.baoan.gov.cn. The website will also help the district government realize big-data supervision and aid in the government’s decision-making process, according to the report. (Zhang Yang) |
