Largest cruise ship in maiden voyage

The Symphony of the Seas cruise ship leaves the STX Les Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard site in Saint-Nazaire, France, for its maiden trip Saturday. Symphony of the Seas, the world’s largest cruise ship, can hold nearly 7,000 passengers in addition to its crew of 2,200. The ship, which weighs 228,000 tons, is 362 meters long, just 20 meters shy of the height of the Empire State Building.  EPA via Xinhua
