Scientific studying methods

Some students complain that they can’t study in an active state, and as a result, they can’t get the good grades that they want. In order to help these confused students, I have some ideas that could be useful to them.

Firstly, you should at least moderately relax yourself. Listening to music or doing some exercise can help you relax and study more actively and effectively. If you do not relax yourself, your study efficiency will decrease. So if you want to improve your study efficiency, you should take a break after studying for a certain period of time.

Secondly, you can change your ineffective studying into a more effective kind, for example, by changing your memory methods. This will help you get higher scores and make you feel better, as it can reduce stress and improve your study efficiency.

Lastly, you can always ask your teachers or your classmates questions when you have them instead of keeping them to yourself without any solutions.

It can save you time and you can gain more knowledge.

If you choose to follow my advice, you may receive better marks. I hope you gain better marks in the upcoming exams!
