WITH his 21-point first half in Game 2 against Philadelphia, Miami guard Dwyane Wade passed Larry Bird and moved into 10th place on the NBA’s all-time playoff scoring list.

But while the milestone was significant, it was what Wade did in the second half that earned the Heat a 113-103 win over the 76ers, snapping Philadelphia’s franchise record 17-game winning streak to tie the series 1-1.

Wade, who had a game-high 28 points coming off the bench, looked like a younger version of his postseason self in the fourth quarter. He was a nuisance on defense, forcing a key steal late and turning that into a transition dunk to help the Heat maintain their lead.

Then he buried one of his patented step-back jumpers over the outstretched arms of Ben Simmons with under a minute left to seal the victory. Throughout the game, Wade seemed to keep tabs on Allen Iverson and Philadephia native Kevin Hart, who were seated courtside and talking at Wade as the game wore on.

“It’s a great feeling when you go into that bag,” Wade said. “Especially when you’re on the road. When you got people like Kevin Hart talking on the sidelines. When you got the crowd going through and saying all the things that they’re saying. I heard a lot of things tonight, and it’s all just used as motivation. To be able to hush a whole crowd, it’s a great feeling.”

Wade talked trash to Iverson and Hart after his dagger, then said he enjoyed shutting up the Sixers crowd and hope his son experiences it one day.

Wade finished 11 for 17 from the field, and the 28 points were the most he’s scored in a playoff game since the 2016 playoffs.

Goran Dragic contributed 20 while James Johnson had 18. Simmons led the 76ers with 24 points, eight assists and nine rebounds as he flirted with a triple-double for the second consecutive game.

Game 3 is Thursday at 7 p.m. ET.

Entering Monday’s game, Wade had 3,882 career playoff points, just behind Bird’s 3,897 points.

In a turn-back-the-clock first half, Wade surpassed Bird with a jumper late in the second quarter. It was part of a near-perfect two quarters for Wade, who shot 8-of-9 from the field. Wade rejoined the Heat at the trade deadline in February and helped push them to the playoffs.

Cleveland’s LeBron James (6,187 points) is the all-time leading playoff scorer as he moved ahead of Michael Jordan for the top spot in last season’s playoffs.
