2 men busted for DUI in Futian District, Shenzhen
    2018-05-11  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

TWO male South Korean suspects were detained by the police for DUI after crashing into and scraping a car at a residential estate in Futian District in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province on Tuesday night, according to Shenzhen traffic police.

The suspects, surnamed Cui and An, underwent breath and blood tests, which confirmed their drunken driving.

According to the two South Koreans’ confessions, they drank some wine and whisky while having supper with friends at around 7:00 p.m. Tuesday night. After supper, they asked a designated driver to bring them home, but due to the driver’s bad attitude Cui dismissed him and drove the car himself. When they arrived at the parking lot of An’s apartment, Cui failed to park the car and crashed into another car leaving a scrape. An then asked Cui to get out and drove the car parked the car a little over 10 meters away. The security guard on duty at the parking lot found they were drunk when he tried to talk to them about the incident, so he called the police, and they arrested the suspects later that night.
