Cultural officials from Africa pose for a picture with members of the organizing committee of the 2018 International Intellectual Creation Contest (IICC) on Wednesday. Nearly 30 cultural officials from 10 African countries including Nigeria, Angola and Sierra Leone met members of the IICC’s organizing committee during a cultural exchange event Wednesday. The officials also visited the NPL language research center of Tatfook Peitian Group to learn about artificial intelligence, youth education, animation and the development of the cultural and creative industries.
