‘Overall Situation’

Chinese artists Chen Tong and Tian Hui are exhibiting their works at the “Overall Situation” exhibition. The artists’ progressive creative practices address specific socio-economic conditions in China and the West.

China League One

Shenzhen Kaisa F.C. will play Inner Mongolia Zhongyou F.C. on Thursday. Shenzhen Kaisa F.C. is a professional Chinese football club that currently competes in the China League One division. Its current head coach is Juan Ramon Lopez Caro. China League One is the second tier of national Chinese soccer clubs. Above China League One is the Chinese Super League.

‘Follow_Me’

The “Follow_Me: New Narratives in Contemporary Photography, China-Switzerland” exhibition features 10 young photographers from China and Switzerland using the language of photography to discuss the similarities and differences between visual narratives and the impact of modern communication.

Dates: Until June 4

Venue: OCAT Shenzhen, South Area, OCT-LOFT, Nanshan District (南山区华侨城创意文化园南区OCAT深圳馆)

Metro: Line 1 to Qiaocheng East Station (侨城东站), Exit A

Shenzhen Museum

Vibrant portrait, landscape and still life paintings created by legendary Chinese artist Pan Yuliang (1895-1977) are on display until July 22, giving insight into the strong woman’s dreams, longings and unique artistic outlook. Meanwhile, finely printed and revised ancient books dating back to the Song Dynasty (960-1279) are also on display until June 10.
