SHENZHEN will enhance trade and investment cooperation with countries that participate in the Belt and Road Initiative, offer more services through representative institutions in those countries, promote the development of overseas industrial parks such as Sino-Belarusian Logistics Park and Shenzhen-Indonesia Industrial Park, and support Chinese enterprises to join the construction of ports in Bahrain, Sri Lanka, Djibouti and Turkey. The first China-Europe freight train between Shenzhen and Minsk was launched last year, driving up the trading volume in countries along the railway line by 19.8 percent. Three more cities have developed relations as international friendship cities with Shenzhen, including Charlotte in the United States and Yvelines in France.
