Four pieces of white jade relics in the shape of Chiwen’s head (Chiwen is one of the Dragon’s nine offspring in Chinese folklore) are on their way back to the Old Summer Palace from Haidian District, Beijing, yesterday. The relics were discovered at a construction site in Qinghe Subdistrict of Haidian in 2017 and they were confirmed as relics belonging to the palace. The palace administration has retrieved over 40 such relics since starting to ask the public to report ancient items found accidentally  . China News Service
