ZHANG CHUNMING, former director of Shajing Subdistrict Office in Bao’an District, stood trial Monday at Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court on a charge of taking 38.51 million and HK$7.3 million (US$930,750) in bribes in exchange for urban rejuvenation projects, promotions of subordinates and property development contracts.
