Metro volunteers serving at Metro stations across the city participate in a training session for emotion management Sunday. A total of 180 Metro volunteers attended the training session held at the Shenzhen Metro Operation Headquarters in Futian District. The session was aimed at helping the volunteers develop their emotional intelligence. Shenzhen has some 10,000 registered Metro volunteers who serve in about 100 Metro stations every day regardless of the weather, according to an earlier media report.
