Moms are annoying. They worry about their kids too much and talk too much. They love going shopping and when they are shopping, they either drag their kids along or dump them at a boring place and shop for hours and hours. When they finally finish their shopping, carrying bags and bags of clothes, they find their kids are already about to be bored to death.

Why moms can’t just shut up and worry about something else that’s not about their kids and do less shopping or at least leave their children at a place that is not boring?

My mom is definitely one of the most annoying mothers in the world. Look, I’m walking in front of her, not standing as straight as a pine tree, then she starts poking at my back and yelling at me something like: “Stand straight and tall,” “You look so ugly,” “You look like a shrimp!” and blah blah blah. There’s one time I didn’t finish my shower before 7 p.m., then my mom starts shouting at me in her bedroom, something like: “Why haven’t you finished your shower yet? Don’t you know that if you don’t finish your shower before 7:00, you’re going to be sick easily?” Then I was like: “What? No one takes their shower this early.” Then she yells, “Then they are going to be ill when they get older! I hope you are not going to be like this when you get older!” See how annoying she is?

My mom reads things on the Internet and when she reads something that says, “If you don’t do something or eat or drink something every day, you are going to be or get sick when you are older.”

She gets frightened and translates it into “if I’m not like this once, then I’m going to be badly sick when I’m old,” in her mind.

My mom is really talktive. If one of her close friends or a relative she really likes calls her on the phone, she can talk on the phone for hours! When she is having a phone call like this, she gets a little crazy because she laughs so loud and so is her voice.

My mom likes window shopping. She goes into a mall and stays there for hours and hours and buys nothing. Most time she drags me with her. Anyone who has been like me will understand how boring it is, looking at all those boring clothes.

Sit on a chair or a sofa if I’m lucky and watching my mom going through lines and lines of clothes and getting excited.

When she finishes looking at a shop, I follow her into another shop and repeat again and again.

Well, my mom is annoying and shops for hours, but mostly she is annoying because she loves me. If she doesn’t love me, she wouldn’t bother looking after me all the time. Trying to make me stand straight, she wants me to be more beautiful; making me take my shower before 7:00 is because she’s afraid my body will turn bad when I’m old.

Even if she does shop a lot and talk a lot, she is still a loving mother. So I guess that makes it up since she cares about me so much.
