Fraudsters busted

A COUPLE has been detained for allegedly deceiving a man in the recycling business.

The couple agreed to sell the man a bag of good-quality brass for 700 yuan (US$103), but they substituted stones for the brass by distracting the man. The victim found he had been deceived after the couple left.

Rental apartments

QFANG, a local real estate agency, plans to build about 20,000 long-term rental apartments with an investment of 700 million yuan. Qfang also plans to enter the market in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Zhuhai.
