Relics unearthed from the North Pagoda in Chaoyang City in Liaoning Province are on display.

Beethoven’s classics

Chinese pianist Zhao Yinyin will collaborate with seven musicians from Staatskapelle Dresden to present Beethoven’s “Piano Concerto No. 1.” Zhao will also play Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata” and the seven foreign musicians will play Beethoven’s “Septet in E-flat Major.”

Time: 8 p.m., Aug. 21

An exhibition of plum blossom paintings by Guan Shanyue and other Chinese masters is being held at Guan Shanyue Art Museum.
