Zeng Zhiwei zeng737597@foxmail.com TO celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, a community evening party was held at Jingshan Villa in Shekou on Friday night. A variety of colorful performances were staged to entertain residents. Hip-hop dance, violin, and Shaolin kung fu, was performed by kids, while a clown wandered around the field to add spice to the evening. One of the highlights was when the Honorary Resident Award was presented to companies and residents that have been in Jingshan Villa for over five years. An official at Shekou International School who was recognized with the award offered high praise for the work of the property management company. Aside from the above activities, home-made paper lamps and small exquisite potted plants were prepared as gifts for the evening’s participants. A lucky draw section was also held. Christine, an American mother who has a son in grade 9 at Shekou International School, appreciated the party. She noted that regular activities enhance the solidarity of the community. |
