Smoking dissuasion

A MAN surnamed Luo was beaten by two other men recently in a restaurant in Futian District after trying to dissuade them from smoking.

The men fled after the attack, and Luo was left slightly injured. Luo later reported the attack to the market supervision department, which later fined the restaurant for failing to stop the smokers from smoking.

Fake products

LONGGANG market supervision department seized 20 tons of fake washing powder and lotions bearing some brand names like Welch, Tide and Pigeon in a factory in Longdong Community.

Manufacturing equipment and materials were also seized.
