A DIRECT shuttle bus route was opened Thursday, providing convenience for people commuting between Futian Bonded Zone and Hong Kong Science Park.

The trip covers 33 kilometers and takes about 40 minutes. The fare is 45 yuan (US$6.56) per trip. Those who wish to purchase tickets to Hong Kong Science Park using Chinese currency will need to access the WeChat account “深港荣利.” To buy tickets with Hong Kong dollars, access the WeChat account “粤港巴士.”

The bus to the Coastal Square of Hong Kong Science Park departs from the Shenzhen -Hong Kong Synergia Innovation Center at the CFC building in Futian Bonded Zone at 10 a.m. The return bus leaves at 5:30 p.m. from Hong Kong.

It saves about 20 minutes to take buses via Huanggang Checkpoint.
