Relics of the Maya civilization are on display. The items are on loan from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in the United States.

Chinese photography

“Forty Years of Chinese Contemporary Photography,” a new exhibition featuring photographs taken by Chinese artists from the late 1970s to the present, is being held at OCAT Shenzhen, providing a comprehensive overview of Chinese photography.

Dates: Until Dec. 9

Venue: OCAT Shenzhen, South Area, OCT-LOFT, Nanshan District (南山区华侨城创意文化园南区OCAT深圳馆)

Virtual art exhibition

“Uffizi Virtual Experience” is an immersive interactive virtual exhibition. It literally brings the Uffizi Gallery to life with over 1,150 high-resolution digitalized images, immersive multi projections and interactive technology. Fourteen sculpture replicas authorized by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities are also on display at the exhibition.

Contemporary artworks

“In My View: A Group Exhibition of Young Artists” features oil paintings, videos and photos created by a group of young artists. Living and working in such a vast and fast-developing world, these young artists are searching for their unique sense of personal awareness, their conscious yet genuine self, relying on their own approach, and therefore responding to personal needs rather than grand narratives.
