A home appliance exhibitor (R) introduces products to visitors at the China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, which opened in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong Province, yesterday. Held every spring and autumn in Guangzhou, the country’s largest trade fair has attracted more than 25,580 companies from around the world to attend, 60 percent of which come from countries and regions along the Belt and Road. Its first phase runs until Friday, featuring products such as electronics, home appliances and mechanical equipment. The second phase will run from Oct. 23 to Oct. 27, and the third phase will start Oct. 31 and end Nov. 4. China News Service
