Workers put up a sign inside the National Exhibition and Convention Center, the venue for the upcoming China International Import Expo, in Shanghai earlier this week. A total of 18 countries’ leaders will be coming to the expo, according to the government, ranging from Russia and Pakistan to the tiny Cook Islands.
