Sea World

Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, China’s only institute of higher education with “fashion” in its name, is showcasing its 30 years of achievements in fashion design education practice until Nov. 30. Meanwhile, the “Values of Design” exhibition draws from the V&A’s extensive collection in London and features over 250 objects from year 900 to the present.

Chinese photography

“Forty Years of Chinese Contemporary Photography,” a new exhibition featuring photographs taken by Chinese artists from the late 1970s to the present, is being held at OCAT Shenzhen, providing a comprehensive overview of Chinese photography.

Qianhai photos

A photography exhibition marking the eighth anniversary of Qianhai is being held at the special cooperation zone till the end of this year. Viewers are expected to have an overall understanding of Qianhai’s planning.

Overseas Chinese art

The “Here/Elsewhere: The Sample of Overseas Chinese Art” exhibition features artworks by 18 Chinese artists who live abroad.

Nanshan Museum

A collection of 231 ancient artifacts from the National Museum of Afghanistan are on display at the Nanshan Museum until Sunday. More exhibitions of ancient Chinese stone sculptures, coins and weapons, as well as contemporary Chinese artworks, are also being held until next year.
