The western coastline starts from Dongbao River in Bao’an District and extends to Shenzhen River in Futian, while the eastern coastline runs from Shatoujiao in Yantian District to Baguang in Dapeng New Area. Specifically, the artificial coastline runs 160.1 kilometers and the natural coastline runs 100.5 kilometers.

New waiting hall

THE Shenzhen airport waiting hall in Guangming District will be put into service Jan. 1, 2019, after a weeklong trial operation.

The waiting hall is located on Huayu Road and covers 500 square meters.

The waiting hall’s initial operating hours will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The airport shuttle bus service will be available at 20-minute intervals between the Guangming waiting hall and the Shenzhen airport.

The fare is 30 yuan (US$4.31) per trip per person.

Fitness boss missing

A MAN who operated two fitness clubs in Guangming District reportedly disappeared, leaving 208 members with no way to claim the 1.08 million yuan in fees that they had paid in advance, according to a report by Southern Metropolis Daily. The clubs started operation this May and attracted members with big promotions, but they closed at the end of August.

An investigation by Guangming Subdistrict Office showed the clubs also owed two months of back wages to their 15 employees.
