Talent Park rated national industrial park
    2018-11-23  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE Bao’an Human Resources and Service Industrial Park, also known as Bao’an Talent Park, was approved as a national human resources and service industrial park in October.

A talent fair was held Nov. 14 and 15 in the city as a sideline event of the 20th China Hi-Tech Fair. Bao’an Talent Park, a subvenue of the talent fair, launched a series of activities to attract talents.

In a bid to build a comprehensive platform for industry gatherings and talent exchanges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Bao’an District Government built the talent park in Fuhai Subdistrict with a construction area of 14,000 square meters directly under the authority of the district’s human resources bureau.

Since the park’s opening last December, it has been catering to the needs of the district to boost economic and social development and optimize the structural upgrading of industry.

The park boasts functional facilities including a roadshow space, image display area, information inquiry area, talent service area, talent recruitment hall, multifunctional international hall, conference room, training room and cafes.

Over the past year, the park has successfully introduced a number of well-known human resources service institutions from home and abroad, providing talent recruitment, headhunting, training, consultation, evaluation and other services for enterprises in Bao’an and the Greater Bay Area.

In addition, the talent park gives full play to the area’s role as a transportation hub and aids in the development of a number of intelligent service systems for the construction of a talent information sharing network.

For instance, the talent map not only provides detailed information on the district’s talent structure, including basic information and local distribution, but also an accurate and comprehensive data analysis of all kinds of talents and industries to help jobseekers find the job they want.

The talent park has also invited many well-known human resources managers to give lectures this year. It has hosted more than 100 special job fairs for recruiting talents in the electronics, intelligent manufacturing, photoelectric lighting, Internet of Things, and mechanical and electric machinery fields.
